HOA Exterior Restoration
Revitalizing an entire community with safe, effective soft washing and concrete cleaning.
Overview
The Lakeside Haven HOA in Cornelius, NC, noticed that many homes in their community were suffering from unsightly green algae growth on the north-facing siding and darkened concrete driveways.
To maintain property values and curb appeal without burdening individual homeowners with finding their own contractors, the HOA Board sought Gleam Team Pressure Washing for a bulk service agreement to clean 52 homes in a single week.
Client Goals
- Remove organic growth (mold, mildew, algae) from vinyl siding and eaves.
- Restore the brightness of driveways and walkways to create a uniform look.
- Ensure safety of mature landscaping and resident pets during the process.
The Solution
Soft Wash Technology
Utilized low-pressure application of specialized biodegradable algaecides to safely clean vinyl siding and stucco without causing damage or water intrusion.
Plant & Property Protection
Implemented a rigorous preparation protocol, including taping off electrical outlets and pre-soaking landscaping to prevent chemical burns to delicate plants.
Surface Restoration
Deployed industrial surface cleaners for driveways and walkways, providing a uniform, streak-free finish that significantly brightened the neighborhood.
