Q.How long does the appointment take?
Plan for most of the day; the exact time depends on vehicle size and condition.
Q.Can you do it at my home or office?
Yes. We are fully mobile across the Charlotte metro.
Q.Is ceramic coating scratch-proof?
No coating is scratch-proof. Ceramic adds hardness and resists light marring and chemical etching, but it won't stop rock chips or deep scratches.
Q.Do I still need to wash my car?
Yes, but it's much easier. Hand wash with a pH-neutral soap and avoid automatic brush washes.
Q.Does the warranty transfer if I sell the car?
The warranty is registered with CARFAX, so it shows on the vehicle's history report.
